PET REGULATIONS

A flat fee of an ADDITIONAL $20 FOR THE ENTIRE STAY will be applied to your account to cover cleaning of all linens after you depart, allowing the room to be as welcoming to future guests as it was when you arrived.

Only cats or dogs weighing less than 20/25 kg are accepted.

Pets must be well trained and properly educated so as not to disturb the rest of the guests and free of fleas and/or ticks.

Pets must remain on a leash when in the common areas of the hotel (Trails, Parking and Green Areas) unless it is in the guest’s room.

Vaccines up to date.

Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injury as a result of their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge for such damages.

The room must be delivered to the cleaning department prior to departure.

Animals are not allowed in the bar, restaurant, meeting room, meditation room, reception, jacuzzi and sauna.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in and out of the room.

Only two pets per room are allowed. eleven.

In case of disturbances such as barking, meowing or annoying noises, these must be restricted and ensure proper rest for all guests.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO HIGHLIGHT THAT WE ARE NOT NECESSARILY A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL AS WE DO NOT HAVE SPECIAL FACILITIES FOR THEM. THESE ARE ONLY RULES SO THAT THE PET CAN COME.
